Terms of Service

Coaching is a collaborative professional service and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Results depend on your own participation and circumstances.

Digital resources are licensed for personal use. Please do not redistribute or resell guides, workbooks or templates.

Group programme places are confirmed on payment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in your enrolment agreement.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital products and courses: request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before you have downloaded more than the first module or workbook, and it will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within five business days.

Live cohort places: the same 14-day window applies, and it closes when the second live session begins, whichever comes first. After that point the place is confirmed for the full programme, though recordings and materials remain available to you.

Payment plans: a plan is three fixed monthly payments and then it stops. There is no auto-renewal on one-time purchases or payment plans. If you cancel inside the refund window, remaining scheduled payments are cancelled and payments already taken are refunded.

Coaching sessions: sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice are moved at no cost. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.

To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@nadegenanadoum.com with the email address used at checkout. Billing questions are answered by a person, usually within two business days. If cost — not fit — is the obstacle, payment plans and scholarship support are available on the scholarship page.
