Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before you have downloaded more than the first module or workbook, and it will be refunded in full.

Digital resources and self-paced programs
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and before you have downloaded more than the first module or workbook, and it will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Live cohort programs
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before the second live session. After that point your place is confirmed and the fee is non-refundable, though your access and recordings remain available for the full program.
Payment plans
Payment plans are a fixed number of monthly payments and then they stop automatically. There are no auto-renewals on one-time purchases. If you cancel inside the 14-day window, any payments already taken are refunded in full.
Private coaching
Private coaching is booked by application. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your engagement agreement before any payment is taken.
How to request a refund
Send your request from the email address used at checkout via the contact page or by email to hello@nadegenanadoum.com with your order details. Requests are answered within two business days.
